At THAT (PCOS) GIRL®, operated by BEAUTY MANIFEST S.L., all products are classified as food supplements and are subject to strict hygiene and safety regulations.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to transportation, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet these conditions.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety and food regulations, all supplements are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, even if unopened.
We do not accept returns for:

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with EU regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
